Can I order by email or phone?

Sorry, we do not accept orders by email or phone.

The item I ordered is on sale and is now cheaper than when I purchased it. Can I get a discount?

The amount you pay will be the amount you confirmed when you placed your order, and we cannot offer any discounts after the order has been confirmed.

We treat all customers fairly, even for orders outside of the sale period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.

Can items ordered separately be shipped together?

Please note that due to system limitations, we are unable to ship items together even if they are ordered on the same day.

Can I have it gift-wrapped?

Why does the actual payment amount differ from the displayed amount?

This site uses Eximbay, a global payment service.
You can pay in KRW (South Korean Won) or USD (US Dollar) at checkout, but exchange fees will be applied depending on the currency selected.

When will my order be shipped?

All items are shipped directly from Korea, so we will ship your item within 3 business days after your order is confirmed or your payment is confirmed.

As items are shipped directly from Korea, it will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for delivery after shipping.

This may vary slightly depending on the number of orders we receive.

Do you offer mail delivery?

Delivery will be by courier.

Can I change the delivery address?
