Delivery

1. Delivery term
All are shipped directly from Korea, so we will ship the item within 3 business days after your order is confirmed or payment is confirmed. Since it will be shipped directly from Korea, it will take approximately 7~10 days for delivery.

2. Shipping cost
Overseas shipping may vary depending on the country, and you can check the exact shipping cost when filling out the order form.

3. Overseas delivery
All of our products can be shipped overseas. You can purchase after accessing the USD version at the top of the site.
When making a purchase, input the necessary information (English name / correct English address / postal code (ZIPCODE) / overseas contact information / E-MAIL) to help smooth delivery.

  • It will be sent through the post office EMS, and payments can only be made through Paypal as overseas cards and foreign currency cannot be paid.
  • Products shipped overseas cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please purchase carefully.
  • The delivery period takes 7-10 days from the date of product shipment, and the delivery period may change depending on the region.

Returns & Exchanges

Refund Policy

Since it is a global shipping product, we are inspecting the product additionally before shipping. Therefore, we rarely ship defective or wrong products.

You can only get a refund if the item arrives defective or damaged. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. After the item is received at our warehouse in Korea, please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing. An additional 4 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

1. If the product is damaged, the contents of the product, etc., are different from the contents of the display or advertisement or are executed differently from the contents of the contract, exchange or return can be made within 7 days of receiving the product and within 7 days of knowing the fact.

2. Due to the nature of threads, creases, and fabrics, if other threads are mixed, returns are not possible because there are no issues related to actual errors or defects within the specified error range.

3. We only accept returns for products purchased on this web site. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for Matin Kim products purchased elsewhere.

4. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Send the product to our logistics hub: M&C MATINKIM ,796, Jugyang-daero, Baegam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea

Send us one of the following:
- Package tracking number
- Package receipt (if there’s no tracking number)
- Wait for a verification with our team that will happen once the package will arrive at the logistics hub.

Once steps 1-2 will be completed, we will be able to process the refund.

Exchange Policy

We do not facilitate exchanges; only returns are permitted. If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, please return the items first and then place a new order for the desired products.
